For each product, we do our best to describe the fit and cut as clearly as possible — whether it’s fitted, relaxed or tailored — and which occasions it’s suitable for, such as everyday wear, parties, work or holidays. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email. You can easily track your order through our Track & Trace page by entering your email address and order number to see the current status of your package.

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days. Please email info@elisemontreal.ca with your order number and let us know you’d like to request a return label. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location and our delivery partners’ capacity. Shipping is always free — no matter the order size. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can easily follow your package.
